About Us
Kawayan Cliff is a small garden resort on a cliff-top overlooking the sea with distant views, weather permitting, of Mt. Malindang in Misamis Occidental and beautiful sunsets. Steps lead down to a coral beach for swimming, snorkeling or strolling. The resort accommodates day-trip and overnight guests: good for family re-unions, team-building, anniversaries, cozy weddings, etc.
Relax in cogon/nipa roofed day cottages overlooking the sea or retire to a bedroom cottage. Hold a function in the Mini-Hall for up to 50 guests or the Pavilion for 100 guests. For smaller gatherings the Gazebo is good for 20 to 40 guests. Please see our Cottages/Function Halls page for details.
Situated half-way between Laguindingan Airport (about 30 minutes’ drive) and Iligan City (about 35-40 minutes’ drive), the resort is just 200 meters from the Cagayan de Oro to Iligan City highway with access road opposite the Petron station at Barangay Pagahan (about 4 km south of Initao Public Market).
